I figured I would start up a dream journal for myself. This is mostly to help me remember my dreams, but for the most part, I usually remember a huge chunk of it.
My dream started off with me being a guy trapped in like a zoo exhibit/jail. I had this collar on my neck that would electrocute me if I left the area. I remember children around me, though I'd had preferred to be alone. Anyway the character that I was, fell in love with this woman and the woman loved him back.
She came to him one night and they kissed saying that they wanted to be together. Her father came up to her though, and forced her to leave. I'm thinking in my dream she was of higher ranks than him she couldn't technically be with him because of whatever traditions they had. So he ended up crawling into this crawl space that the prison didn't realize was there and he crawled into someone else's home, which ended up being his real home. He pulled the device off.
Inside the room there were two other people. One was really tall and heavy set (in a fat/muscley way) while the other person was old and thin. The fat guy was going to attack, but the old man said calmly that I wasn't a threat and to leave me alone.
I walked passed him into these large wooden double doors. I walked down the street so that I could find her. And when I did they kissed for a very long time and he told her he was free. Her father didn't like him though, so there was still that problem, but they both didn't care.
That's all I remember of that dream because the dream kind of whirpooled into a different dream.
The next dream I had I was in the ocean with this older woman. It was dark. She kind of looked like the old lady from poltergiest, but didn't have the voice. She was swimming in the ocean and I was following her. While she was talking to me about something, I looked into the distance, past a light house and saw this massive ship. It looked like a cargo ship, or at least that's what my mind interpreted it as in the dream.
I was looking at it kind of scared, because I thought it was going to crash into something. I heard the lady scream and she jerked me away from that though. I saw her, she was drowning, so I had to go to her and try to save her. But I couldn't move from the spot I was on. I was scared of the cold water, and I was standing on a wooden deck. She managed to get back to shore, but the tide was coming in.
It covered the deck, and soon enough I was being sucked in by the tide. I tried to swim back to shore, but it just made the tide suck me in even worse. Suddenly I saw this large whale. At first it looked like a killer whale, but then it became much more massive than that. Its movements pushed me back onto the deck. I remember looked down under neath me and watching the whale pass peacefully as if not noticing I was even there. It was really beautiful.
It's movements though, pushed me back onto shore and I was safe.
The woman told me that we should leave. I followed her into this giant building where there were rows and rows of cafeteria benches. And in the furthest corner towards my right hand side was a band set up. It was one of Ed's friend's playing thenre. I was trying to find a spot for me and some of my former old friends to sit, but there wasn't a spot for us to sit together.
We all sat on different benches, and I sat with a couple of people from my old school that I didn't really talk to to begin with. One guy kept standing up, and my boyfriend's friend that was singing at the mic, kept telling him to sit down. She refused to sing until everyone was sitting.
So she started singing, and I got up to use the restroom. And all of a sudden the place was a Lowe's. There was a very attractive man in the area who was deeply in love with this woman. She was in a black SUV somewhere. Anyway, her sister was after the man, and the man had to get her paws off of him so that he could be with the sister that he actually adored.
The concert had ended by now, and I was the handsome man crouching in chicken wire.
There's more to the dream, but I've grown tired typing it out. My dreams are really long sometimes.
